Official procedures for return back a procured item via Regional Cement Estore:
1. If the received item was conformed with required technical specifications determined by the client with no mismanufacturing and/or no damage due to cargo, then the item will not be returned back.
2. If the item was not conformed with required technical specifications determined by the client or/and there was mismanufacturing or/and damage due to cargo, then the item will be replaced with conformed one since Regional Cement Estore will afford the additional freight cost.
Replacement Procedures:
1. If the item was conformed with required technical specifications determined by the client 100%, then the client will afford the additional freight cost in order to replace the item with different one
2. If the item was not conformed with required technical specifications determined by the client and/or there was mismanufacturing and/or damage due to cargo, then Regional Cement Estore will replace the item with conformed one and afford the additional freight cost
Important Note:
Regional Cement Estore is not responsible for any damage in the purchased item after official handover by client including bad storage in clients’ warehouses.
